There are four (4) Certified Mastectomy Fitters within our organization who have been extensively trained in fitting, understanding and compassion.
Breast Forms are available in a wide variety of sizes and shapes to ensure comfortable, proportionate fit for a natural look. The shape of the prosthesis is just as important if not more important than the size. For example, depending on the type of surgery, some women may experience concavity of the chest wall that can inhibit the way a breast prosthesis lays against the skin and ultimately change shape.
Many women are not aware that their major medical insurance may fully or partially cover the cost of the following:
- Breast prosthesis
- Bras
- Camisoles
- Compression arm sleeves
- and other related products
Insurance coverage varies from company to company and plan to plan but in most instances we are able to find insurance assistance for ladies who have had a lumpectomy or mastectomy due to breast cancer. Because we carry Mastectomy products from many leading manufactures such as Amoena, American Breast Care (ABC), Anita International, Almost U, Classique, Jodee, Trulife, Jobst and Juzo we are confident we can find the perfect match to fit your needs!
